With over fifteen years hospitality experience gleaned in management and front of house roles within prestigious 4-5* hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants across the country, General Manager, Andrew Berridge is at the helm ensuring the hotel offers the highest quality guest experience.

I’ve been fortunate enough to work within some fantastic teams over the years and I look forward to bringing my knowledge and experience to this hotel to help build on its already stellar reputation and working closely with my new colleagues to continue to deliver special and memorable experiences for our guests.”
Andrew joined The Montagu Arms from Stanbrook Abbey Hotel in Worcester, where he held the position of Deputy General Manager, managing a team of 60. He was responsible for hotel, restaurant and bar management, as well as overseeing large events and conferences.
Prior to that, Andrew held senior positions at hotels including the 5* The Manor House Hotel, The Peppermill and The Stag & Huntsman.
