Andrew Nightingale is a hospitality expert with many years of experience in the industry. He comes to The Montagu Arms from his role as Operations Manager at the Kilworth House Hotel.
At the award winning Terrace Restaurant Matthew likes to serve food that makes sense; food that reflects the year, the location and the incredible local produce we are so spoilt with.
With 8 years’ experience in the industry, Clara knows how to make the day run smoothly, creating a good relationship with every bride and groom based on honesty, trust and mutual respect for one another.
Organic and sustainably produced vegetables are sourced from our Kitchen Garden. In order to keep our home grown produce flourishing, this involves a dedicated gardener and we’re very pleased to have Barry in the team.
