Drawing inspiration from the incredible surroundings of the New Forest, The Terrace, the hotel’s main restaurant, offers a modern British menu featuring seasonal and local ingredients.
Inspired by the seasons and our abundant local larder, expect refined dishes such as Cured Chalk Stream Trout, pickled cucumber, croutons and Lyons Hill Farm Beef, bone marrow mashed potato, garden beans, Madeira jus.
