Chef de Partie, The Terrace Restaurant at The Montagu Arms Hotel

The Terrace offers guests 3AA Rosette fine dining at its best with a seasonal menu inspired and driven by the superb natural larder of the New Forest.  Head Chef Matthew Whitfield joined the Terrace restaurant in January 2019 fresh from the three-Michelin-Star Eleven Madison Park in New York – ranked fourth in the World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2018 list.

We are searching for our next inspired Chef de Partie capable of raising the bar around them. For your forward thinking and focus you’ll enjoy the following package:

We now require a passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to join this ambitious and progressive team.

We are seeking a forward-thinking Assistant Restaurant Manager to help us deliver exceptional customer service for our guests. This role offers the variety of working in the 3AA Rosette fine dining of the Terrace Restaurant alongside private functions and weddings, afternoon tea and events such as our Jazz Lunch.

A passionate individual with excellent spoken English, leadership skills and wine knowledge is required for this full time position. Relevant hotel or fine dining experience, a high standard of personal presentation and excellent communication skills are essential. You will be a good team motivator, able to inspire others to raise the bar, and have a flexible and enthusiastic attitude to work. We want a brand ambassador who will nurture an honest and open workplace, someone who shares our passion and our drive not only to succeed, but to exceed expectations.
