Starting from 7pm, we will be eagerly awaiting your arrival with a Champagne and Canapés reception – the perfect way to start any evening.
Following this, the Terrace Restaurant will boast a 5 course dinner, where you will be able to enjoy some of the finest food the New Forest has to offer.
Winter Salad of Dorset Blue Vinney Raw and Pickled Pears, Walnuts and Parsnip Crisps, will really open up those taste buds and leave you wanting more.
To follow, you’ll be served a Ravioli of South Coast Lobster and Seabass with Sauté Spinach and Lobster Sauce – perfection.
To cleanse your palette, you will enjoy a lusciously smooth ‘St Clements’ Sorbet'; the perfect way to prepare you for the main course of the evening...
A sublime Fillet of Beef ‘Rossini’ with with Duck Liver Pate Celeriac Puree and Truffle Sauce will be the showstopper of the evening, the perfect last supper of 2017.
To finish, we have a Classic Lemon Tart with Crème Fraiche Sorbet and Lemon Crisp, followed by coffee or leaf teas and homemade petit fours.
Live music throughout the remainder of the evening will be the perfect way to bid farewell to 2017 and welcome 2018 in style.
