A Whimsical Wedding Photoshoot

For the recent styled photoshoot at Hampshire wedding venue the Montagu Arms, ethics and sustainability were high on their priorities.

We teamed up with Wedding Florist Jo Hicks Flowers, Hampshire Wedding Photographer Lemontree Photography, Venue Stylist Linen and Lace Events and Wedding Cake designer Karen's Cake Couture.

We were inspired by the rich and vibrant colours of spring blooms grown in the UK and Jo Hicks our New Forest Wedding Florist used some English grown flowers for the shoot including tulips and anemone.

The table boasted a stunning combination of tulips, anemone, muscari, mimosa, double tulips, eryngium, tanacetum, roses, clematis, moss and eucalyptus to create a fairytale setting that was both elegant and whimsical.

Using some UK grown flowers eliminates the carbon footprint that comes with importing them from overseas often Kenya.

Jo Hicks adorned the table with lush garlands of moss and flowers, and Linen and Lace Events used a selection of beautiful candles for a soft and romantic vibe that was both timeless and chic. The styling brought warmth and intimacy to the setting with the flickering candlelight creating a magical ambiance that perfectly complemented the natural beauty of the venue.

The Oakwood room is the perfect setting for an intimate, almost secret wedding, embraced in nature.  Allowing couples to celebrate with only your closest friends and family in a relaxed and cosy environment.

The two-tier cake designed by Karen's Cake Couture was elegant and simple in design and made the perfect centrepiece for our photoshoot.
