Two of the top hotels in the New Forest National Park have been awarded the Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence 2012, based on the public feedback on the worlds largest review site. Carey’s Manor & SenSpa in Brockenhurst and its sister hotel The Montagu Arms in Beaulieu have both been awarded the top honour.
The certificate of excellence is awarded to hotels, where guests have consistently commended the establishment with the highest praise. With both hotels achieving a score of over 4.5 out of a maximum of 5 its clear to see the focus and quality given to the customer at both establishments.
Having already achieved four stars, both hotels have built on their past success, with Carey’s Manor being home to the award winning SenSpa and The Montagu Arms own restaurant, The Terrace being awarded 3 AA rosettes and a Michelin Star.
Mark Seamer, Director of Sales & Marketing for Careys Manor and the Montagu Arms explains what the recognition means to the group:
“As with all hotels, our main focus is providing our customers with an experience not to be forgotten. We are lucky enough to be situated in an area full of natural beauty and diverse wildlife but ultimately we feel it’s the attention to detail and the highest level of customer service we provide that makes us stand out from other hotels in the area. We are honoured to have both our hotels receive the Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence 2012, testament to the team and all their hard work and dedication. What’s more this certificate is awarded as a direct result of the excellent feedback left by our guests, the customers who are at the forefront of all of our work.”
Around 10% of establishments achieve the prestigious award from Tripadvisor, so for both the local Careys Manor and the Montagu Arms to have been chosen demonstrates the level of quality on offer at both locations and is a great accolade for the local area.
