Gift Voucher FAQs

How long will the voucher be valid for?

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from issue.

Delivery

Our vouchers can be delivered by email or by post. Vouchers sent via the post will be packaged in a presentation wallet, together with a beautiful Montagu Arms brochure. FREE 1st class delivery is available (2-3 working days), as well as next day special delivery for £6.85 when you order before 1pm.

Vouchers requested by email are great for last minute shopping. You will receive an order confirmation immediately after placing your order. Your e-voucher will then follow in a separate email (within 4 hours when ordred between 8am and 6pm) for you to print off and package as you wish.

Christmas Delivery

For delivery in time for Christmas, please order by 2pm on Thursday 20th December for 1st class and next day special delivery. E-Vouchers can be ordered any time for instant delivery to your inbox.

What can I spend monetary vouchers on?

Monetary vouchers can be redeemed the value shown on this voucher against the price of any services provided at the hotel.

Do I need to make a booking?

Bookings must be made in advance quoting the valid voucher number.

Do I need to bring my voucher with me on the day of my booking?

Vouchers must be handed in to our reception staff on arrival for the services against which you wish to redeem this voucher, otherwise you will be charged the full amount. Photocopies will not be accepted. A credit card is required to secure any additional bookings.

Can I exchange my gift voucher for something else?

This voucher is non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash and must be surrendered to us before the date that it is shown as valid. If you wish to exchange your gift voucher for something of equivalent value and nature at The Montagu Arms Hotel, SenSpa or Careys Manor Hotel, we will endeavour to do this for you, but any such exchange is at the manager's discretion and subject to availability.

Can I change my booking?

You may change the time and/or date of you booking provided that 48 hours (4 days in the case of group bookings) prior notice is received and the requested day is no later than the expiry date of the voucher. If you fail to attend such booking or cancel on less than 48 hours notice prior to the time of such booking, you will be charged 50% of the full value of the services booked. If you cancel or fail to attend such booking without giving such notice, you will be charged the full price of the service booked.
