Our head chef Matthew Tomkinson – who is one of only 34 Roux scholars in the world – has designed a stunning five-course surprise tasting menu for diners at the Terrace restaurant, which features delicacies like Wiltshire truffles and fresh seafood caught off the Cornish coast.

The exact format of the surprise tasting menu is – as the name suggests – top secret and ever-changing, creating an air of real suspense as each dish is presented.
