Robbie MacLean | Head Chef at Monty's Inn | Beaulieu
Robbie has a real passion for Monty’s Inn, making it a great place for locals and visitors of the area. His desire to produce delicious and traditional pub food is evident in his menu which comprises of all the favourites such as homemade scotch eggs, burgers and pies. The emphasis on ‘traditional pub food’ is defined by the fact that the dishes almost form themselves. Thanks to local suppliers who are so close to the Inn, vegetables are delivered within quick succession of them coming out of the ground – it’s an inspiration and the source of much of Robbie’s creativity.

Robbie recommends that you visit Lepe Beach near Beaulieu during your stay as it provides perfect views of the Isle of Wight as well as book a table at Monty's to try his infamous scotch egg.
