Following a champagne toast and photographs, the 8 guests including the bride and groom, sat down to enjoy a culinary feast created for them especially by Head Chef Matthew Whitfield, as part of their bespoke wedding package. The menu consisted of a delicious rump of lamb sourced locally from Pennington Farm, South Coast Hake complimented with a delightful curried tartare sauce and a salt baked beetroot with delectable roast garlic gnocchi followed by succulent Beaulieu Estate strawberries, cream cheese mousse and New Forest berries and not forgetting the favourite of them all, chocolate with brownie, honeycomb and malt that simply melted in the mouth.
