Here are some of our favourite ways to create the 'Minimalist Luxe' look at The Montagu Arms Hotel.

Period Features

Minimal dressing is required to make your wedding look really high-end when you hold your special day at a period property like The Montagu Arms Hotel. Dating back to the 17th century, the arts and crafts exterior original parquet flooring, oak panelling and high ceilings give that luxury feel with minimal effort. Relax to the gently tick of the grandfather clock and unwind in our pretty English gardens filled with fragrant flora.

Our preffered wedding florist, Jo Hicks, knows a thing or two about classic understated floristry. Neutral tones will contine to always reign supreme in the wedding world so Jo recommends keeping your colour palette natural with cream roses for the bouquet accented by delicate gypsophila. Follow this theme through to your table decorations with antique effect silver footed vases filled with large cream roses, delicate ammi and scented freesias to perfectly complement the dark oak panelling of the Terrace Restaurant.

The Dress

Hair & Makeup
