Staff Referral Scheme Terms & Conditions

 

Introduction of Permanent members of staff

If you introduce a permanent, full-time member of staff to the team you will be eligible for a £500 referral bonus.  If you introduce a permanent, part-time member of staff the £500 referral bonus will be pro-rated according to those part-time hours (but subject to a minimum of £250).

Payment terms – 50% of the bonus will be payable 1 month after the new member of staff joins and the remaining 50% will be payable on successful completion of 4 months’ service.

If the “introducer” leaves our employment or ceases to provide their services as a casual worker before any part of the bonus is payable, they will forfeit any further entitlement to the Staff Referral Bonus.

 

Introduction of casual workers

If you introduce a casual worker to the team you will be eligible for a £250 referral bonus.

Payment terms – 50% of the bonus will be payable  1 month after the new casual worker joins and the remaining 50% will be payable as long as the “introducer” and the new casual worker continue to actively work each week for a continuous period of 4 months.

If the “introducer” leaves our employment or ceases to provide their services as a casual worker before any part of the bonus is payable, they will forfeit any further entitlement to the Staff Referral Bonus.
