Roux scholar Matthew Tomkinson and his team of pastry chefs have designed an afternoon tea to celebrate the royal wedding.
Flavours honour iconic British ingredients such as strawberrys and cream, English apples and tangy rhubarb.
They've also created a mini treat flavoured with lemon and elderflower, inspired by Harry and Meghan’s wedding cake.
