Lymington Seafood Festival has plenty to offer this summer, with food demonstrations, live music and stunning views across the Solent. Meet Montagu Arms Head Chef Matthew Whitfield and try crispy sardines in ciabatta with sea purslane dish, paired with Vermentino, 2018 Domaine les Yeuses wine, from Languedoc Roussillon, France.

Be sure not to miss Matthew's food demonstration on Sunday 11th August at 12pm.

He will be cooking grilled lemon sole with sea shore vegetable, crème fraiche - sounds delicious!
