Phil Weeks, Sales Director of Lea & Sandeman Wine Merchants and our Head Sommelier, Sergio Dos Santos have collabarated alongside new Head Chef Matthew Whitfield for a mouth-watering 5 course menu accompanied by delectable Burgundy wines.
