Meals are provided for all staff whilst on duty. Staff accommodation is offered for certain roles. The Montagu Arms is part of Greenclose Limited, discounts are offered to employees in all of the group hotels, restaurants and at our authentic Thai spa, SenSpa, in Brockenhurst.
