Terrace Restaurant Manager Pierre Rizet Mosser has reached the Semi-Finals for UK Restaurant Manager of the Year.
On Monday 16th September Pierre will attend the Semi-Finals of the competition, which will be hosted at The Moat House Hotel in Acton Trussell, Staffordshire, in the hope of claiming the prestigious title of UK Restaurant Manager of the Year 2013.
Managers from across the UK entered the esteemed competition, run by the Academy of Food & Wine Service has been awarding Restaurant Managers for five years, it’s aim to discover, acknowledge and reward the UK’s best managers in the industry, from small boutique hotels and popular fine dining restaurants to larger establishments.
The competition encourages anyone to enter as long as their role fulfils the duties and typical work associated with the role of a ‘Restaurant Manager’.
Pierre, always passionate about service excellence is extremely proud to have reached the Semi Finals.
