Here at the Montagu Arms, we offer truly spectacular culinary delights – with our Head Chef and Roux Scholar, Matthew Tomkinson on hand to design and maintain our menu, you’re in for a treat when you visit.

 

But sometimes when there is a special occasion on the horizon, you might feel you need to go that extra mile to make your evening really memorable.

 

 

That’s why we’re offering private dining to our guests who really want to enjoy the tranquil atmosphere of our New Forest hotel.

 

We have 3 luxurious dining rooms on offer, each offering their own charm and tranquillity in their own individual way. They are all differently sized, allowing us to cater for many different occasions.

 

Our Terrace Dining Room can hold up to 100 guests, perfect for weddings, anniversarys or birthday parties. With a stunning view of our quintessentially English garden, it’s ideal for larger parties in the summer, but is equally as beautiful in the winter too.

 

Our medium sized dining area is the Oakwood room – ideal for seating up to 32 guests. With gorgeously authentic umber panelling – it’s a truly decadent experience. This room also has striking views of our garden too.

 

 

Finally, the Paris room is perfect for those intimate dinner parties for 10 or less guests. With its own roaring fire circular dining table, it’s just right for that small but perfect group of friends or family you wish to celebrate with.
