Conference Hotel and Meeting Venue
The Montagu Arms Hotel is a luxury meetings and conference hotel venue in the heart of New Forest.  You will find our location and facilities provide the perfect location for meetings and seminars for up to 60 delegates. The style and sophistication that is adopted throughout the hotel combined with our flexible meeting rooms and facilities provide a unique venue for your business meetings and conferences.
 
The Montagu Arms is conveniently situated in Beaulieu, Hampshire, just 20 minutes from the centre of Southampton and with Bournemouth, Winchester and the M3 easily accessible, makes for an excellent hotel conference location. In addition, the main line railway station of Brockenhurst is located just 6 miles from the conference venue, which offers a direct train service to London Waterloo. For conference delegates travelling from Europe & International destinations Southampton Airport offers daily flights to many European destinations and Heathrow Airport is approximately 1 hour from the hotel.
 
For residential conferences, the hotel boasts 22 individually designed bedrooms and can comfortable accommodate from 2 delegates for a small meeting or up to 60 delegates for a larger conference. Our meeting rooms are extremely versatile, combined with our accommodation; The Montagu Arms Hotel provides the ideal venue for exclusive use meetings, conferences and teambuilding events.
 
  

OAKWOOD ROOM
suitable for conferences, business meetings and presentations

Situated on the ground floor of the hotel, The Oakwood Room is an attractive wood panelled meeting room with an open fireplace. A unique feature is the section of raised flooring which is ideal for presentations should your meeting or conference need to. The room also benefits from natural daylight and garden views allowing direct access to the book lined Library Bar which opens on to a decked area of the garden with an ancient and magnificent Magnolia which provides a shady bower. The versatility of The Oakwood Room means that as well as meetings and conferences, it can be transformed into the ideal setting for a private dinner of up to 32 guests.

 

 

PARIS ROOM
suitable for small meetings and private dining

The Paris Room is an intimate, traditionally styled room, offering plenty of natural daylight as well as the unique ornamental fireplace. Situated on the ground, this room is perfect for smaller meetings and groups or private dining of up to 10 people.

 

 

THE MAGNOLIA LOUNGE
suitable for informal meetings and break-out sessions

The Magnolia Lounge offers a cosy and relaxed environment perfect for informal meetings and break-out sessions. This comfortable room boasts a traditional open fireplace and is located adjacent to the Conservatory and the Library Bar, both offering direct access to the stunning and well manicured hotel gardens.
