If you have visited our Hotel in Hampshire it is likely you will have met the General Manager Sunil Kanjanghat during your stay. Sunil has played an integral part in The Montagu Arms’ success over the years and will be celebrating 10 years with the company in May 2016.
Matthew Tomkinson | Head Chef - The Terrace
At the award winning Terrace Restaurant Matthew likes to serve food that makes sense; food that reflects the year, the location and the incredible local produce we are so spoilt with.
Barry Daniel | Head Gardener
Organic and sustainably produced vegetables and herbs are sourced from our Kitchen Garden Project. In order to keep our home grown produce flourishing, this involves a dedicated gardener and we’re very pleased to have Barry in the team.
Pawel Nowinski | Restaurant Manager
With a passion for fine food, fine wine and fine service, Pawel is a much valued member of the team. He moved to the New Forest in December 2015 and has adapted to the Beaulieu way of life very well indeed.
